All the products on Total Trivia are brand new and should be delivered in perfect condition. If your item has arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will offer a replacement free of charge.
When reaching out to us, please follow these steps:
1) Take a few pictures of both the item/damage and the external packaging.
2) Contact Total Trivia support explaining the problem. Please include the pictures from step 1 and the Total Trivia order ID of the damaged item.
We will then be able to organize a return and a replacement of the item.
