When payment has failed, you may need to update your payment method. To make this easier for you, we group individual purchases into one order at the time of processing. If processing a payment fails, you will be asked to update your payment information for the grouped order and we will place a temporary hold on your account. During this hold period, items connected to the grouped order are not shipped and the app redirects to a payment page with a breakdown of the individual orders. There are usually two main reasons why a pending purchase fails to process.
1) When we attempted to charge you for your grouped order the payment was declined (Grouped orders are like an automatic shopping cart for discount coupon purchases, see here for more information).
2) If you have a sufficient balance it may be that your bank/financial institution might be blocking the charge. While this can be due to a number of issues, usually the card has reached its daily limit or the bank feels that the payment is unauthorized. If this is the case, we would suggest contacting your bank and informing them that you authorized the payment to Total Trivia.
If you think that the unpaid grouped order page is appearing by mistake, please contact Total Trivia support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be able to look into the issue and get it resolved for you.
